The Candy Castle, 2020
An OpenSCAD exploration using primitives to build Princess Bubblegum's castle from Adventure Time.
Process
Built in OpenSCAD through parametric modeling — describing the castle entirely through code, using primitives and transformations. Joe felt "rather at home building with primitives and transformations," a through-line visible across the computational design work.
A physical 3D print was produced courtesy of instructor Justin Bakse.

Academic Context
Parsons School of Design, MFA Design & Technology — Computation Form, advised by Justin Bakse.
